Program Name and Description

ReplayDashCam is a safety application for iPhone that uses the device’s sensors to detect collisions. When a crash or impact is detected, or when the user manually triggers an emergency alert, the app sends automated SMS alerts to pre-defined emergency contacts. Alerts may include the user’s location, speed, and a secure link to view a recorded video clip. End users opt in by entering their emergency contact’s mobile number (or their own number to receive alerts) within the ReplayDashCam app’s Settings → Emergency Contacts and accepting the Text Message Service Consent screen.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your wireless plan. ReplayDashCam does not charge for sending or receiving SMS; your carrier may apply standard messaging and data rates.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on user-triggered events and detected incidents. You will receive messages only when (1) you are added as an emergency contact and the app user triggers an alert or a crash is detected, or (2) you have opted in to receive alerts. Messages are not sent on a fixed schedule.

Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to opt out. You can opt out of receiving ReplayDashCam text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further action is required.
